25 Affirmations to Detox Your Mind

Have you ever wondered why you sometimes reflect on negative experiences that consume your mind?  You are crippled by your limiting beliefs and are afraid to move into action.

I am now attuned to my higher purpose and my life is unfolding exactly as it needs to, so be it, so it is

Love is coming to me easily and effortlessly

I am expressing myself creatively and successfully

Financial abundance is now coming to me easily and effortlessly

I am experiencing miracles in my life, here and now

I am powerful, knowing that I alone am accountable for the results of my decisions and actions

I enjoy every facet of my life because I easily and enthusiastically create fun, joy, and adventure

Because of my high self-esteem, I feel enormous satisfaction reaching my goals

These positive mantras or statements are worthy of repeating daily to promote a healthy mindset. There are many different types to explore such as affirmations to start your day, building self-confidence, silencing negative thoughts, staying motivated, and increasing your self-worth.
